Trim Your Waist Wednesday: Pushups on the Fly

I have gone through stages were I am extremely busy. I feel like I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off.  I don't have time to go to the gym, I don't have time to go for a run and I definitely don't go swimming. During these periods, I usually spend an inordinate amount of this time sitting on a computer.  Needless to say, this is not good for trimming my waist.  In these times of crisis, I invented a simple workout to keep my body looking sharp.


Before every shower, I do 100 pushups and 100 situps.  Simple as that.  I don't sweat much, so I also do it before every change of clothes even if there wasn't a shower.  Ends up being 200-300 pushups and situps for the day and I feel pretty good.  Keeps my body from forming into a permenent typing position and tides me over to the next workout.  Do it any day that you can't make it to the gym.  It will keep you from moving backward in your quest to trim your waist.
