When Will My Belt Ship?

All of our belts ship within 5-10 business days. If you need your belt sooner or by a certain date, email us and we will try to accommodate.

Once your belt ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on the progress of your shipment.

For international shipments, please note that we do not have control over customs / tax payments due upon receipt. Once your belt is shipped, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional customs payments due once the package is in the destination country.

How Do You Ship?

Within the United States

We ship all belts via USPS. The cost of shipping is $5 and orders of $100 or more are eligible for free shipping. Contact us at info@beltcraft.com if you need your order shipped via an expedited shipping option once your belt is finished.

To Canada

For all Canadian orders, we ship via USPS, FedEx and Royal Mail. The cost of shipping is $10 and orders of $200 or more are eligible for free shipping.

Please note, free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

What is Your Return Policy?

Non-Custom Belts

All non-custom designed belts can be returned within 14 days for any reason as long as they have not been worn. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive it we will refund you for the cost of the belt. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Custom Designed Belts

All custom designed belts are not eligible for return, but can be modified within 14 days of receiving your belt, starting at a cost of $10 for minor alterations, or more for major changes. Please contact us for your options.

International Orders

Unfortunately, due to the cost of shipping both ways, international orders are not eligible for return.

What is Your Warranty?

We guarantee the quality of our belts. If your belt somehow breaks due to a defect in workmanship, you can send it back to us and we will repair or replace it. Normal wear and tear is unfortunately not covered under warranty.

Can I Get My Belt Resized?

All of our belts are eligible for free resizing within 14 days of receiving your belt.

Note: the free size exchange must be between 2-6 inches. For example, if you order a belt in size 36, you can exchange for a size 34 or smaller or a size 38 or larger.

Re-size requests after 14 days may be available for an additional charge.

What Size Should I Buy?

Our belts are sized according to the waist size of your pants, so you don't need to add any extra inches to your waist size when selecting your belt size.

For example, if your pants are a size 34 waist, then you should order a size 34 belt.

Please note: If you choose a larger belt size than the waist size of your pants, you WILL end up with a belt that is too long.
